What we collect

When you book a consultation, request an opinion of value or email us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, approximate revenue, years in operation and anything else you choose to tell us. If you become a client, we also collect the business and financial information you share so we can prepare your materials.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the site and our hosting provider record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and the site that referred you. If we enable analytics, we use cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate.
How we use it
- To respond to you, schedule and hold consultations, and give you an opinion of value.
- To provide the service if you engage us, including preparing materials and forwarding buyer inquiries to you.
- To send you information you have asked for and follow up on your inquiry.

How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

The booking calendar and the opinion-of-value form on the site are provided by third-party service providers and load inside the page. Information you enter there goes to us through those providers and is handled under this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.
